Popcorn popping!
Select four brands of microwave popcorn. Place popcorn in unmarked
bowls and label
bowls as brand A, B, C or D. Have students taste and select which
brand they like best. Best part of this
is that you can visit other math classes of students who haven't taken
Statistics yet, and gather data. It's
a great recruiting tool! Other foods can be used, like brands
of chocolate chip cookies.
