Logan High School Summer Science Class Come join the fun at the LHS Summer Science Class. The session begins the Monday following the last day of school and runs for two weeks. This course is offered to all LHS students. Each student can earn .25 Science credits towards graduation. Enrollment is limited to 18 participants. Cost for the two weeks is $160. Payment should be made at the Logan School District Office.

Monday: View the geology of Cache Valley, collect fossils.
Tuesday: See the baby coyotes at the Coyote Research Station, visit the insect collection at USU, and reconstruct the skeleton of a mouse!
Wednesday: Hike to Jardine Juniper, make a flower collection.
Thursday: Bike the Onieda Narrows (bring your own bike) and learn about water ecology.
Friday: Canoe the Bear River and enjoy the beautiful birds, learn about the wetland biome and problems with pollution.Week 2: Pack up your sleeping bags and travel with us to the beautiful Teton National Park. We will be camping Monday through Thursday. Activities include hiking, bird and animal watching, a visit to Yellowstone National Park, and much more. The $160 tuition includes food for Week 2, and all
camp fees.
